Lay a slice of grilled zucchini on a thin slice of chicken (or turkey).
Put some parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper and a little piece of mozzarella in the middle.
Roll together and make four skewers with three wraps each.
Cook them in a pot, with very little olive oil, and, if you wish, together with some cherry tomatoes and some zucchini dices.
