If you are spending your holiday in Venice or in another city of art in the Veneto region, the best option is to choose our one-day cooking class, which always includes the meal with wine after the lesson.

You can discover step-by-step how to make a satisfying, full Italian meal from appetizers to dessert, including the art of making pasta fresca. You'll learn to create such pastas as ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi in this funny, hands-on adventure.

Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. The best part is the conclusion: indulging in the success of your creations.

Classes are on request, based upon availability, for a minimum of two people. When a booking is confirmed, nevertheless we do not guarantee a private class only for you, but just that you will have a guaranteed space in that class.

 

One Day Cooking Class

Program: 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Hands-on cooking lessons available from Monday to Friday, incl. lunch with noble wines and all drinks, cookbook with all recipes in English made during the class (PDF file).


Price: Euro 150, including lunch with d.o.c. Italian wine.
This fee does not include accommodation and dinner. Minimum of 2 participants.
We can also arrange transfer service from/to the nearest airports: Venice, Bologna, Verona and Treviso.
