I consent to the processing of the data

 

 

Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of 30% per person is required to reserve a place. If the course date is 60 days or less from the time of request for reservation, full payment is required. No deposit or payment is processed until your participation has been confirmed. Space is limited, so early reservations are advised.

Balance: The balance is due no later than 60 days before the programme begins. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit paid.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Maria Giustiniani. Cancellation charges per person will be levied as:

Days prior to course start date:
More than 60 days: loss of deposit
Less than 59 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost

Deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be applied to another course date.

Maria's Cookery Course reserves the right to cancel courses with less than 2 participants. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course, participants will be notified 15 days before the first day of the course and will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different course.
