Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of 30% per person
is required to reserve a place. No deposit or payment is processed
until your participation has been confirmed. Space is limited, so
early reservations are suggested.
Balance: One-day class: Balance at your arrival;
4-day class: Balance is due one week before your arrival; 6-day
class: balance is due two weeks before your arrival. If the balance
remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to consider the
reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit paid. You credit
card information (Visa or Mastercard) are required at confirmation.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made
in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice
will become effective from the date of receipt by Maria Giustiniani.
Cancellation charges per person will be levied as:
Days prior to course start date:
More than 60 days: loss of deposit
Less than 30 days: 50% of total cost
Less than 20 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost
Deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be applied to
another course date.
Maria's Cookery Course reserves the right to cancel or not to accept
courses with less than 2 participants. In the unlikely event of
cancellation of a course, participants will be notified 15 days
before the first day of the course and will have the option to receive
a full refund or reschedule to a different course.
