2-Night/2-Cooking Class Program

You can participate in these multiple classes for three nights at the Villa. On the two mornings of the course, you will be enjoying the familiar and genuine atmosphere of the kitchen.

Classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and are ideal for small groups of family and friends.

It is also possible to bring non-participating friends who can enjoy the Villa, its park, and the ecological swimming pool (from April to October) and then join the group for lunch and dinner.

Our programs are very flexible in their choice
The basic program includes the following:
Two-night stay at Tenuta Castel Venezze, full-board accommodations in a double room with a private bathroom.
Two cooking lessons in the morning from 10:30 am to approximately. 2.30 pm. (lunch included) and all meals.

€ 550,00 per person. (in double room)

€ 620,00 per person. (in a single room)

This program is open to up to 6 attendees; please ask the staff for information on accommodating larger groups.

Daily Schedule

Wednesday – Welcome & First Cooking Class:

Arrive at the Villa after 12:00 pm. Settle into your room, stroll through the gardens, or simply relax after your journey.

At 4:00 pm, your first hands-on cooking class begins. Together with our chef, you’ll create authentic homemade pasta — from tagliatelle to tortellini — and enjoy your freshly prepared dishes during a convivial dinner paired with regional wines.

Thursday – Risotto, Tiramisù & Wine Tasting:

After breakfast, join your second cooking class at 10:00 am. This session is all about rice and desserts: discover the secrets of a perfect Italian risotto and finish with a classic Tiramisù, a sweet symbol of our region.

Enjoy lunch with your creations, then spend a relaxing afternoon on a wine tour in the nearby Euganean Hills, where you’ll visit a family-run winery and taste elegant local wines.

Return to the Villa for dinner at Locanda Venezze, our cozy restaurant serving traditional Venetian cuisine.

Friday – Farewell:

Breakfast and check-out by 10:00 am. (Transfers available on request.)

HOW TO GET HERE

The best way to Rovigo is by train. It starts every hour from Venice and stops at Rovigo Railway Station. The ride is about one hour, and a round trip costs approximately € 16 per person.

You do not need to arrange a taxi driver; check outside Rovigo's train station for the first available taxi. The ride is approx. € 30.

Our Tenuta is in the Venice's countryside and in case you do not have a transport we can provide a taxi for you at Piazzale Roma in Venice. The cost of this service is 90 euros one way or 200 euros for a round trip. Otherwise, you may get a train from Venice Santa Lucia’s train station to Rovigo (the nearest city to us). The price of a single ticket is 7 euros per person and there is a train every hour. At your arrival to Rovigo I will come to pick you up till our Tenuta.
