Excursion with Fishermen in the Po Delta Park

Discover the Po Delta, one of the hidden treasures of the Veneto. The most beautiful, wildest, and natural area of the Delta is the southern one. For this reason, after we leave Tenuta Castel Venezze, we will drive towards Scardovari, where we will see the lagoon where mussels and clams grow. We will meet and talk to some local fishermen and then move to Santa Giulia. The fisherman Federico will welcome you on board his boat; he will take us for a tour to the fascinating areas of the delta, where you can see some unique species of birds and take outstanding pictures of this corner of the wilderness.

Our Tenuta is in the Venice's countryside and in case you do not have a transport we can provide a taxi for you at Piazzale Roma in Venice. The cost of this service is 90 euros one way or 200 euros for a round trip. Otherwise, you may get a train from Venice Santa Lucia’s train station to Rovigo (the nearest city to us). The price of a single ticket is 7 euros per person and there is a train every hour. At your arrival to Rovigo I will come to pick you up till our Tenuta.
