Spend three unforgettable nights at our charming historic villa and immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Veneto. Learn traditional recipes during three hands-on cooking sessions, enjoy fine local wines, and relax amid the peaceful landscape of the Venetian countryside.

Whether you are a passionate home cook or a beginner, our classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and suitable for everyone. Non-cooking companions are also welcome to join the group for meals and enjoy the villa’s park and ecological swimming pool.

Daily Schedule

WEDNESDAY – Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Arrival at the Villa around 6:00 pm.
After check-in, enjoy a welcome dinner at Locanda Venezze, our country-style restaurant, where you’ll be introduced to local flavors and traditions.

THURSDAY – First Cooking Lesson & Wine Tasting

After breakfast, at 10:00 am, join your first cooking class with our chef.
You’ll prepare classic Italian dishes, such as fresh, handmade pasta, tagliatelle, tortellini, and traditional desserts, using time-honored recipes from our region. Lunch will follow with the dishes you’ve made, paired with d.o.c. Italian wines.

In the afternoon, take part in a wine tasting tour in the Euganean Hills, where you’ll visit a boutique winery and sample some of Veneto’s finest wines.

Return to the Villa for dinner at Locanda Venezze.

FRIDAY – Second & Third Cooking Classes

After breakfast, at 10:00 am, enjoy your second hands-on cooking lesson featuring seasonal dishes and regional specialties such as Risotto all’Italiana and Venetian-style appetizers. Lunch follows at the Villa.

In the afternoon, relax or take a walk in the park until 4:00 pm, when your third cooking class begins — a fun and creative session where you’ll prepare a complete Italian dinner menu under the guidance of our chef.

Dinner will be enjoyed together in a convivial atmosphere at the Villa. Overnight stay.

SATURDAY – Departure

Breakfast and check-out by 10:00 am.
(Transfers available upon request. Our staff can arrange a taxi to the Rovigo train station.)

How to Reach Us

Our Villa is located in the peaceful countryside between Venice and Rovigo.
If you don’t have your own transportation, we can arrange:

Private taxi from Venice (Piazzale Roma) – approximately €130 one way, payable directly to the driver.

By train: from Venice Santa Lucia to Rovigo (approx. €8.40 per person, about 1h10 travel time).

Our Tenuta is in the Venice's countryside and in case you do not have a transport we can provide a taxi for you at Piazzale Roma in Venice. The cost of this service is 90 euros one way or 200 euros for a round trip. Otherwise, you may get a train from Venice Santa Lucia’s train station to Rovigo (the nearest city to us). The price of a single ticket is 7 euros per person and there is a train every hour. At your arrival to Rovigo I will come to pick you up till our Tenuta.
