Food and Culinary Experiences near Venice

Our Holiday Cooking School is located in Vento near Venice, and we offer our guests exciting hands-on cooking lesson programs.
For over fifteen years, lovers of Italian cuisine have had the unique opportunity to participate in small-group, hands-on cooking classes in the serene setting of a private, 16th-century Venetian villa.

All Courses are taught in English and are open to everyone, regardless of your level of proficiency. The nearby Venice airport makes our cooking school easily accessible.

Our chef Stefano Zamboni will share Countess Maria Giustiniani's cooking philosophy, traditional techniques, unique ingredients, and family recipes.
You'll enjoy your creation of "a Tavola" for lunch, matched with the best Italian Wines in the region. 

We use fresh products, such as vegetables from our garden, eggs from our chickens, and the best products available on the day, which we find at the local market.

Programs are offered from March to October. Our daily classes begin at 10:30 and end at around 14:30, including lunch with d.o.c. Italian wines. In the afternoon, you can enjoy Veneto's food and wine traditions, taking part in our optional excursions and wine & food tasting tours.
