Our Holiday Cooking School is located in Vento near Venice, and we offer our guests exciting hands-on cooking lesson programs.
For more than fifteen years, for lovers of Italian food, we have been offering a unique opportunity to participate in small groups in hands-on cooking classes in the peace of a private historic Venetian Villa of the 16th century.

All Courses are taught in English and open to everyone, no matter your level. The nearby airport of Venice makes our cooking school easy to come to.

Our chef Simone Pinato will share Countess Maria Giustiniani's cooking philosophy, traditional techniques, unique ingredients, and family recipes.
You'll enjoy your creation of "a Tavola" for lunch, matched with the best Italian Wines in the region. 

 

 

We use fresh products like the vegetables in our garden, the eggs of our chicken for making pasta, and the best products of the day that we find at the local market.

Programs are offered from March to October. Our daily classes begin at 10:30 and end at around 14:30, including lunch with d.o.c. Italian wines. In the afternoon, you can enjoy Veneto's food and wine traditions, taking part in our optional excursions and wine & food tasting tours.
